On the occasion of the World AIDS Day, Elsa (Ensemble Luttons contre le Sida en Afrique) launch the 3rd edition of this photo contest in order to promote the “Centre de Ressources francophones sur le sida en Afrique“. This contexte is opened to all the African associations partners of the ELSA platform.
