FINANCING
As part of the Global Fund grants, several challenges remain in a context where the functioning of the Nigerien health system remains poorly decentralized, particularly in the care of PLHIV (People Living with HIV). The CISLS, the Principal Recipient of the Global Fund, has therefore requested technical assistance from Solthis to strengthen the capacities of the ULSS (Local Units of Health Services) in implementing HIV-related activities under the NFM.
Objectives
- Technical support to ULSS in implementing NFM activities.
- Develop and implement an action plan for training activities by ULSS.
- Develop a national therapeutic education framework.
- Update normative documents for the care of PLHIV.
- Develop an operational plan for psychosocial support.
